When criminal law decisions happen in court, law enforcement must respond accordingly. This one day course provides the latest updates on criminal procedures, substantive law, sentencing procedures, search and seizure rules, and Miranda rights to ensure your officers are informed and prepared

Performance Goals and Standards for Corrections Supervisors

Correctional officers are faced with the challenge of managing larger institutions, developing new talent, while staying on budget. This one-day course examines ways to inspire employees to reach their supervisory full potential, provide employees with systematic evaluations, effective use of feedback, coaching and reinforcement, and solving problems.

Format:

Our standard format is a one-day face-to-face session to openly collaborate with faculty and colleagues.  This course is delivered in a format to fit your schedule and demands at your organization or one of Mercer’s multiple locations around Georgia.
