When does the program start?

Students are admitted twice a year, in the fall and the spring. Classes for the program begin in August and January.

When and where will classes meet?

The M.S. in Organizational Leadership is offered in a blended model where half of the classes are online and the other half are delivered on Mercer’s Atlanta, Henry County or Macon campus. Atlanta and Henry cohort face-to-face classes meet on Saturdays. Macon cohort face-to-face classes meet on Tuesday evenings.

How are courses offered?

Each course is eight weeks long. So with the hybrid delivery format, students will only have four physical meetings per course.

How many courses does a student take at one time?

Students typically take one class at a time and enroll in six credit hours of coursework each semester.

Who may apply?

The M.S. in Organizational Leadership is designed for aspiring or existing leaders with solid work experience from diverse professions and backgrounds who are interested in advanced leadership positions in the public or private sectors.

How long will it take?

The program can be completed in as little as 18 months.  

Can I keep my job and do this program?

Yes. This program is designed for the working professional. Typically, students will only physically be in class twice a month.
